Mary nasce ad Oria, un paese in provincia di Brindisi. Già all'età di 15 anni inizia a sfilare per diversi stilisti su tutte le passerelle pugliesi. Mary consegue un diploma in tecnico di Abbigliamento e Moda e per questa passione per la Moda decide di trasferirsi nella città di Milano che l'avrebbe portata a realizzare il suoi sogni "la moda" la TV. Inizia così a lavorare come modella, indossatrice e testimonial per vari showroom di Milano sfilando e posando per Noti Stilisti Milanesi (es. Paola Frani, Chiara Boni, De Santis D'Alì, Metradamo, etc). In contemporanea viene scelta per numerose trasmissioni TV (Bigodini - Italia1 Mediaset, Rondò - OdeonTV, Music ZOO - All Music) e come testimonial in varie telepromozioni Mediaset e Rai e come VJ per Alice Live. Nel 2006 viene scelta per il reality la Pupa e il Secchione, che la porta alla popolarità nazionale e a lavorare per molte trasmissioni di Mediaset e Rai. Nel 2007 Entra nel cast come ospite fissa nella Trasmissione Buona Domenica e sempre nel 2007 conduce la trasmissione Agriland su Canale Italia e viene scelta per posare per un Calendario allegato alla nota Rivista Maxim. Nel 2008 entra nel cast della trasmissione Colorado di Italia1. Sempre nel 2008 decide di esprimere le sue potenzialità di stilista (visti i precedenti studi) realizzando una linea di intimo disegnata e realizzata in prima persona dal nome Pupissima Lingerie, lanciandola su le passerelle Milanesi durante la Fashion Week. Nel 2009 partecipa come attrice per la trasmissione di Italia1 Saturday Night Live e per il cortometraggio Stalking. Nel 2010 partecipa come Attrice per la trasmissione di Italia1 Candid Camera e alla trasmissione Cuore Di Mamma su Raidue. Nel 2011/12 partecipa come ospite/opinionista in trasmissioni su Mediaset, Pomeriggio5, Domenica5, Mattino5, Gentile Richiesta e Stasera che sera di Barbara D'urso. Nel 2012/13 entra nel Cast di Domenica5 condotto da Claudio Brachino. Nel 2014 Lancia un nuovo Marchio e Shop online di Abbigliamento, dedicato solo ed esclusivamente agli uomini che amano sentirsi unici e speciali tutti i giorni. Nel 2015 fonda la nota Agenzia di Moda e Spettacolo "May Models" con sede a Milano. Milano Per l' estate 2022, Mary ha interpretato il singolo dal titolo "Un macho vero" (Fabio e Luigi Mosello), presente in 240 Paesi del Mondo ed in tutte le migliori emittenti radiofoniche italiane ed estere.
