La civiltà decade inesorabilmente,ma il peggio è che il bambino e quindi l'adolescente e quindi l'uomo,non dedica più nessuno studio,nessuna cura a comunicare con i nostri simili facilmente,ma i nostri bambini riempiono i loro quaderni a casaccio,scombiccherano il foglio senza ordine e senza regolarità;in futuro saranno così fatalmente dei maleducati,degli incivili senza adottare le stesse buone regole che presiedono alla convivenza civile;controllare le manifestazioni troppo spontanee e troppo libere della nostra individualità,in una sola parola...uniformarsi;è una prova di civiltà e per tutte queste ragioni è impossibile negare che viviamo in un'epoca di grave decadenza.
