Dilated Peoples is a California-based underground hip hop group consisting of DJ Babu (producer/DJ), Evidence (rapper and producer) and Rakaa Iriscience (rapper). Active since 1998, they have achieved a certain level of notoriety in the underground hip hop scene, although they haven't reached mainstream success in the US.
