Kimele, pseudonimo di Gianmichele Mocerino, nasce ad Acerra (NA) il 14 dicembre 1993. Sin da giovane dimostra una passione per la musica e all'età di 14 anni inizia la sua formazione artistica studiando canto. Dopo aver maturato esperienza, a diciott'anni partecipa ai casting dei talent show più famosi in Italia. Nel 2018 prende parte ad Area Sanremo, arrivando in finale. Nel 2020 pubblica i suoi primi singoli ufficiali, tra cui "Come se tu fossi ancora qui" e "Drink al Bar", seguiti l'anno successivo da "Solo te". Kimele si propone come un artista capace di comunicare emozioni e sentimenti attraverso le sue composizioni, arrivando dritto al cuore del pubblico con una scrittura fluida e diretta ed una vocalità autentica. La sua versatilità, incisività e brillantezza lo rendono una delle più promettenti proposte del nuovo bel canto italiano, grazie ad un'estensione vocale e ad una caratura affini a quelle delle più grandi firme del panorama musicale nazionale.
