Edwin Orellana Zuleta, noto come Eddy Ciuno, è un artista musicale salvadoregno nato il 17 agosto 1979 a El Platanar, San Miguel. Autore, compositore e musicista digitale, Ciuno si distingue per la sua originalità e la capacità di mescolare influenze musicali diverse. Sin da giovane dimostra una passione per l'arte, cantando nel coro del college e ascoltando blues, rap americano e musica italiana. La sua infanzia è segnata dalla guerra e dalla criminalità in El Salvador, esperienze che lo portano a trasferirsi in Italia all'età di 13 anni con la madre. A Milano affronta nuove sfide, lavorando per sostenere gli studi e frequentando ambienti artistici dove scopre l'hip hop italiano. Nonostante le difficoltà, Ciuno non abbandona la sua passione per la musica. Inizia a scrivere testi e poesie, partecipando a freestyle e collaborando con artisti hip hop locali. Nel 2008 incide i suoi primi singoli ufficiali presso la Blues Score Studios, segnando l'inizio della sua carriera musicale.
