Dann Trommelwirbel. Und zu aller Lustgewinn
strippt stolz und edel eine Wöchnerin
Ein Tusch strahlt auf: Mit Wechselschritt
schreitet der Starchirurg zum Kaiserschnitt
Der Detlev stelzt auf Zehen in der Ecke
die kesse Lilofee versucht die Pirouette
Hell funkelt durch den Raum die Säuglingspracht
der Starchirurg stimmt an: Es ist vollbracht!
