Ich drck' den Schenkelstrecker runter, zieh den Sandsack rauf,
Bau meine Wampe ab und meinen Bizeps auf.
Das strkt den Nackenwirbel und das krftigt das Ohr
Und schlt dir einen Unterarm wie 'n Ofenrohr!

Ich hab' ne Faust wie 'n Schraubstock, und der Speck ist weg.
