Lorenzo Ciffo è un compositore italiano nato a Busto Arsizio (VA) nel 1996. Appassionato di musica fin dall'età di 5 anni, impara a suonare il pianoforte tramite lezioni private e, successivamente, apprende anche la tromba ed il canto corale come primo tenore. Nel 2010 inizia gli studi presso il Conservatorio "G. Puccini" di Gallarate (VA) con specializzazione in pianoforte, dove acquisisce le competenze relative alla pratica strumentale, storia della musica, armonia e teoria e solfeggio, conseguendone la licenza. Dopo il Conservatorio, comincia ad esplorare il mondo della composizione. Nel 2018 pubblica il suo primo EP, "Waiting for the Boss", ottenendo un notevole successo che gli consente di superare i 100.000 ascolti su Spotify in poche settimane. Nel 2019 rilascia il suo secondo EP, intitolato "Resurgence", caratterizzato da un tema post-apocalittico. Il 2020 è la volta di "Knights Arrival", EP in cui vengono narrate le battaglie tra cavalieri nel periodo medievale. Nello stesso anno, Lorenzo Ciffo dà vita alla sua prima colonna sonora ufficiale, "Lanzi Dash (Original Game Soundtrack)" composta da 11 brani per il videogioco "Lanzi Dash", disponibile su Play Store per tutti i dispositivi Android. Nel 2021 esce il singolo "Running Love", un brano classico romantico al pianoforte, accompagnato da archi. Nel 2022 approda su tutti i digital store l’EP "Call of the Vikings", interamente a tema vichingo. Il 2023 si apre con il singolo "Dreamin' in the Sky", una profonda immersione in se stessi, corroborata da armonia, leggerezza e positive vibes, in grado di trasmettere connessione con se stessi, speranza, fiducia ed evoluzione personale. La musica di Lorenzo è caratterizzata principalmente dall’utilizzo del pianoforte avvalorato dalla presenza di archi, flauti, cori e percussioni, capaci di rievocare le sonorità da battaglia, ma anche i moti dell’animo umano, ispirandosi a grandi compositori come Hans Zimmer, John Williams ed Ennio Morricone.
