SikTh è stata una band metal progressivo/tecnico inglese, originaria di Watford. Formatasi a marzo 2001, la band ha catturato l'attenzione di numerose riviste musicali come Kerrang! e Metal Hammer, diventando anche un favorito del DJ di BBC Radio 1 Mary Anne Hobbs. SikTh era nota per il suo sound complesso e sperimentale, che mescolava elementi di metalcore, djent, jazz e musica elettronica.
