Joan Manuel Serrat i Teresa (Barcellona, 1943) è uno dei cantautori spagnoli più amati e influenti di tutti i tempi. La sua carriera, iniziata negli anni '60, si caratterizza per la profonda sensibilità poetica, l'uso sapiente della lingua catalana e un repertorio che spazia dal folk al cantautorato, passando per il jazz e la musica popolare.
