Samuele Esaltato è un cantautore, musicista e attore romano. Imbraccia la sua prima chitarra tra i banchi di scuola e, nel 2017, dopo aver studiato lo strumento sia da autodidatta che in accademia, si forma in recitazione, movimento scenico, fondamenti di dizione e fondamenti di studio del personaggio presso la “Scuola di Imprenditori di Sogni” diretta da Sergio Basile. Le sue influenze musicali risiedono nella Canzone d’Autore italiana, in particolare nell’assiduo ascolto di alcuni tra i più iconici cantautori del panorama musicale nazionale, quali Fabrizio De André, Francesco Guccini, Giorgio Gaber, Lucio Dalla ed Ivan Graziani. La sua tecnica chitarristica, pregna di sonorità hard rock e blues, si ispira invece a figure internazionali come Gary Moore, Eric Clapton, Rory Gallagher, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Chuck Berry, JJ Cale, B.B. King, Freddie King, Robert Johnson, Buddy Guy ed Albert Collins. Dopo svariate esperienze in qualità di attore, musicista e interprete, nel 2020 pubblica sui digital store il suo primo singolo, “Un Maledetto”, nato dalla lettura della raccolta lirica di Charles Baudelaire “I fiori del male”, seguito, due anni più in là, da “Lupo della steppa”, un’intensa riflessione sulla natura umana, liberamente ispirata al capolavoro introspettivo di Herman Hesse “Il Lupo della Steppa”, attraverso cui Samuele Esaltato invita a meditare sulla sempre più frequente incapacità di ricercare stimoli all’interno di noi stessi, fornendo uno spaccato realistico non soltanto su un’inerzia figlia di scontri emotivi ancor prima che sociali, ma anche sull’asetticità e la sterilità interiore che ne conseguono, incoraggiando l’ascoltatore a riprendere in mano la propria vita partendo dalla libertà, la libertà di essere ed esprimere la propria vera natura, con cui riconferma la sua cifra stilistica nell’impeccabile commistione tra musica e letteratura.
