Mangrovia Twang is a musical project born in 2020 from the creative collaboration of Mattia Locapo, Roberto Sticchi and Mario Manuel Rossi. In 2022 they released their first EP, "Giorni che esplodono", which was well-received by both audiences and critics: it reached 300,000 streams on digital platforms, was included among the best albums of 2022 by Indielife.it and aired on Radio Capital. Rockit describes the music of Mangrovia Twang as "totally different from what is constantly proposed to us on the radio, more articulated, more complex, more beautiful". In 2023 the lineup was completed with singer Davide Morea and bassist Alessandro Sticchi. The year also saw the completion of their first album "BENEVIOLENZA", produced in collaboration with Andrea Pachetti (The Zen Circus, Emma Nolde). The project explores alternative rock and electropop sounds.
