Erst baun wir Waffen, dann verkaufen wir sie weiter,
dann wird ein Krieg geführt, natürlich ein gescheiter,
dann stelln wir uns auf irgendeine Seite,
die andre geht dann selbstverständlich pleite.
Dann finden wir das Ganze ganz gemein
und sammeln unsre Waffen wieder ein.
Dann gilt es, einen Krisenherd zu schaffen,
der braucht dann dringend unsre alten Waffen.
Und währenddessen basteln wir an neuen,
um einen potentiellen Gegner zu erfreuen.
Die muss man dann natürlich ausprobieren,
am lebenden Objekt studieren.
Begleiterscheinungen wie Hunger, Tod und Qual
sind zwar ein Schaden, doch nur co- und lateral.
Dann zündet einer wieder irgendwo die Welt an,
dann kommt der Richtige mal wieder an mehr Geld ran,
das macht dann irgendjemanden zu schaffen, -
schon braucht man wieder neue Waffen.
Und während weltweit alle protestieren,
kommen wir kaum mehr nach mit produzieren.
Wir züchten weiter emsig Patrioten
und halten sie als nützliche Idioten.
Dann brauchen wir noch irgendeinen Bösen,
von dem wir dann die freie Welt erlösen,
und finden wir nicht gleich einen Gemeinen,
dann basteln wir uns eben einen.
Es ist doch klar, dass jeder andre schlecht ist,
wenn unsre Sache einzig richtig und gerecht ist.
Drum lasst uns ewig weiter Waffen bauen,
die wir den andern um die Ohren hauen.
Man kann das nennen wie man will,
humanitärer Overkill,
heiliger Krieg, gerechte Sache,
die Fahne hoch, dass ich nicht lache.
Die ganzen Sprüche schenk´ ich Ihnen, -
beim Krieg gehts immer nur ums Geldverdienen.
Und unsre Freiheit ist, auch dieses Lied beweist es,
nur die des Marktes, nicht mehr die des Geistes.
