Athena (Francesca Athena Coia) è una cantautrice italiana nata a Milano il 21 aprile 2005. Sebbene cresciuta in Lombardia, il suo nome d'arte richiama le sue origini salentine, in onore della nonna Paterna e della dea greca Athena, simbolo di saggezza. Iniziò la sua carriera musicale all'età di 10 anni partecipando a un concorso amatoriale durante le vacanze. Dopo quell'esperienza, si dedicò allo studio del canto e del pianoforte, frequentando anche un Music Camp presso il CET di Mogol nel 2018. La sua musica è spesso autobiografica, come dimostra il singolo "Io sono come Voi", che racconta la sua esperienza con il bullismo. Athena usa la musica come strumento di liberazione e incoraggia i suoi ascoltatori a combattere l'ingiustizia.
