
Demetra Bellina is an Italian actress and singer-songwriter born in Udine. She stands out for her artistic versatility, playing guitar, harmonica, piano, synth, bass, and singing. She has always written original songs and reinterpreted those of other artists, influenced by Bob Dylan's folk with touches of rock, grunge, new wave, punk, and electronic music. Her music is mainly in English, but also includes pieces in Italian. In 2015 she moved to Rome, where she performed in venues like Marmo, Le Mura, and Pierrot Le Fou. In 2023, she sang "So many roads", written by Riccardo Amorese, the soundtrack for the film "Non credo in niente" directed by Alessandro Marzullo. Her first EP, "NOT FOR SALE", will be released in 2025 with Maqueta Records, preceded by the single "Don't You Come Around". Besides music, Demetra Bellina has established herself as an actress. She began on stage as a child and made her television debut in 2017 as co-protagonist in the series "Di padre in figlia" directed by Riccardo Milani. She has participated in several other television productions, including "Non uccidere 2", "La vita promessa 2", "Non mi lasciare", and "Vita da Carlo 3". Her breakthrough came in 2021 with the series "Tutta colpa di Freud". In cinema, she debuted with "Comedians" (2021) by Gabriele Salvatores and "La primavera della mia vita" (2023) by Zavvo Nicolosi, featuring Colapesce and Dimartino. In 2023, she stars in the film "Non credo in Niente", directed by Alessandro Marzullo, shot on Super 16 mm film and premiered at the 59th Pesaro Film Festival. She is currently working on two projects: a television series and a film.
