Obwohl ich hätte so manchen Moment lieber fester gehalten. Doch man kann sich die Flüchtigkeit der Zeit nicht nach eignem Willen gestalten. Was kann ich euch mitgeben auf diesem Weg, den ihr nun ganz alleine bestreitet - die Hoffnung, dass euch mit jedem Schritt stets meine Liebe begleitet. Ich habs nunmal nicht so mit der Moral. Wann sind Kinder gut, wann boese? Kinder sind schuldlos, haltet sie frei von Moralismusgetöse. Ihr seid ein Wunder, wie jeder Mensch geboren aus dem absolut Schönem. Und die Welt säh so viel friedlicher aus, könnt man sich daran gewöhnen. Ich war nie perfekt, wie könnte ich auch. Ihr kennt meine Kunst zu scheitern und perfekte Eltern konnten uns doch im besten Fall nur erheitern. Was hab ich falsch, was richtig gemachtà Ihr ward mir doch nur geliehen. Ich rede nicht gern um den heißen Brei, ihr wollte euch nie erziehen. Erziehen zu was? Zum Ehrgeiz, zur Gier, zum Chef im richtigen Lager? Ihr wisst es, ich hab ein großen Herz für Träumer und Versager. Einen einzigen großen Wunsch hätt ich noch, da seid mit mir bitte konform: Egal, was sie dir versprechen, mein Kind, trag nie eine Uniform. Es wird nicht leicht. Die Zeiten sind hart. Es knarzt mächtig im Getriebe. Ich hoffe, euch trägt auch durch Not und Pein bedingungslos meine Liebe. Das ist alles, was ich verschenken kann, keine prallgefüllten Konten. Und Augenblicke der Schönheit, da wir zusammen uns glücklich sonnten. Sorgt euch nun nicht um den Vater, nun kommt euer ganz eigenes Leben. Ihr habt mich gelehrt, und ich dank euch dafür, ohne zu wollen zu gehen.
