col panico di non sentire la sveglia

col digrignare i denti tutta notte come un cane
a lungo andare la mia spina dorsale è tutta sconnessa
quindi corro e faccio pesi finchè smette di far male
non ho fatto colazione provo impulsi a vomitare
e mi faccio 100 pare
sul tempo che perdo
perchè dentro sono lo stesso
ma fuori invecchio
i viaggi che non faccio
i libri che non leggo
ho il vizio di stare a casa
giuro domani smetto
ma poi mi faccio la doccia e un pò mi riprendo
Milano è tutta bloccata

perché ho scoperto una cosa preziosa
