qua e là sul ponte gira un verso d'amore
un po' spaesato in mezzo a tanto splendore:
sinestesie fulminanti,
allitterati non sensi,
mani morte senza complimenti,
due battutine sui colleghi assenti,
piccole piccole, così innocenti:
tira l'ancora, gira l'elica,
com'è bello andar
liberi sul mar!
Non hanno scampo le goffe imitazioni
di 4 o 5 scribacchini di canzoni:
loro non sanno scavare la parola
fino a ridurla come un torsolo di mela!
Giù nella stiva, fra i topi e l'olio cuore
c'è ancora posto per qualche cantautore
e qualche critico, parziale od imparziale
secondo il ritmo della sua vita sessuale...
che bella la corazzata Potemkin!
La ciurma impavida non teme confronti:
in mezzo stanno i veggenti,
a prua le nuove correnti,
a poppa le correnti ricorrenti;
ti ruba gli occhi mentre fila sul mare,
se andasse a sbattere sarebbe immortale
mentre Giovanni declama,
"Zanzi" va fuori tema,
ed Edoardo mette lì un poema
col cruciverba della settimana
e i logaritmi della sera prima...
ehi, voi di lassù,
bella gioventù,
c'è qualcuno che
è rimasto giù!
