Stamani, al secolo Maicol D'arpa è un rapper italiano nato a Cantù (CO) il 6 Agosto 1998. Fin da bambino, sviluppa una grande passione per la musica, grazie anche agli ascolti dei dischi di Fabri Fibra, Machete Crew e Mondo Marcio. Durante gli anni scolastici, inizia a scrivere rime su basi Old School, esplorando i suoi pensieri, le sue sconfitte e i battiti del suo cuore. Con il passare del tempo, studia canto e cerca di sviluppare ed evolvere costantemente il suo stile. Nel 2018, incontra i producer del GoldenEye Studio di Cesano Maderno (MB), con cui ha la possibilità di produrre e pubblicare i suoi primi pezzi inediti, che gli consentono di prendere confidenza con i primi palchi e, di conseguenza, con il pubblico. Nel 2022, dopo la pandemia, firma il suo primo contratto discografico con Orangle Records ed il successo che ottiene con le sue release, attira l’attenzione di Altafonte Italia e Keyrecords, che decidono di investire nel suo progetto. Da quel momento, ha inizio una vera e propria svolta, tra ascolti e visualizzazioni in continua crescita, esibizioni live in locali di spicco come il Mare Culturale Urbano, il Barrio's, i Magazzini Generali e lo Shabba e le aperture agli show di L'elfo, Vacca e Baby K. Nel 2023, il suo talento viene riconosciuto dalla giuria di un celebre contest, che seleziona il suo progetto come uno dei migliori 14 tra i 350 proposti. Inoltre, il pubblico lo vota come miglior progetto musicale nella finale nazionale dell’Emergenza Music Festival. A Maggio dello stesso anno, la sua eccellenza viene citata sull’illustre rivista Billboard Italia, in cui viene menzionato come miglior artista emergente di casa Altafonte, e, da quel momento, il suo successo è in continua ascesa.
