Il Management Del Dolore Post Operatorio è un gruppo musicale italiano formatosi a Lanciano (Chieti) nel 2010. Il quartetto, composto da Luca Romagnoli (voce), Marco Di Nardo (chitarra), Andrea Paone (basso) e Nicola Ceroli (batteria), si definisce "Poeti Provinciali" e propone un genere musicale che fonde elementi di rock alternativo, punk e cantautorato. La loro filosofia, nata dopo un incidente d'auto che ha coinvolto i membri del gruppo, ruota attorno all'idea che l'unica alternativa al dolore sia il piacere in tutte le sue forme. La loro musica è caratterizzata da testi ironici e rabbiosi, che affrontano temi come la società contemporanea, la politica e la vita quotidiana. Il Management Del Dolore Post Operatorio ha ottenuto un notevole successo nel panorama musicale indipendente italiano, vincendo numerosi concorsi musicali tra cui Italia Wave, Primo Maggio Tutto l'Anno e Il Rock è Tratto. Nel 2010 hanno partecipato al festival UPLOAD di Bolzano, selezionati dalla giuria guidata da Cristiano Godano dei Marlene Kuntz come rappresentanti dell'Italia al POPKOMM di Berlino. Hanno anche vinto il "Premio produzione" al MArteLive 2010 e sono entrati nel roster dell'etichetta MArteLabel.
