JENESI, pseudonimo di Jennifer Bezzi, nasce a Reggio Emilia nel 1996, seconda di tre figli. Fin dall'infanzia dimostra amore per la musica, quando nel soggiorno di sua nonna si immagina di essere su un grande palco, come microfono una scopa e la nonna paterna come pubblico. La bella infanzia a colori, subisce un traumatico stop. Un aneurisma cerebrale colpisce sua mamma, ma per fortuna tutto finisce con il ritorno a casa, dopo mesi di assenza, salvata dai medici. Dall'infanzia all'adolescenza si hanno le prime turbolenze ed è proprio in quel periodo, a quattordici anni, che Jenesi decide di fare coming out con i suoi genitori e amici. Due anni dopo inizia a scrivere insistentemente sul suo libro personale appunti e testi che diventano canzoni che l'aiutano a sfogarsi e a trovare la strada per superare i problemi adolescenziali facendole capire qual è il suo obiettivo: cantare, scrivere e approcciarsi al mondo della musica dal vivo.
