il 20 luglio incalza , Paola e' nella sua stanza , e' emozionata fa i bagagli chiama un amica e danza
prova i costumi nuovi quelli con poca creanza , e un vestitino da sera di una certa eleganza
mamma e papa' di sotto , sulla tovaglia il piatto , 26 anni tanto lavoro i soldi ha risparmiato
con le sue amiche e' pronta , del suo sogno a ridosso , sogna il deserto e la limpidezza calda del Mar Rosso
alle 6 in aereoporto , alle 4 e' gia' sveglia , adesso e' sera e sono in Egitto ferme sulla soglia
pacchetto viaggio comprensivo di albergo molto noto , ragazze ferme col telefonino si fa una foto
mms usa il T9 "le mie amiche ed io" , cerca nome , digita "mamma" , ok ed invio
la mamma in Italia riceve il messaggio si sente meno sola , il papi lo imposta come sfondo sul suo motorola
le ragazze inalbergo , la stanza e' proprio fica , Paola si affaccia sul balcone chiude gli occhi e grida
svuota i polmoni di quell'aria dalla bonta' infinita , perche' questa gita e' il sogno della sua vita.

di credere che prima o poi realizzero' il grande sogno
liberi come se tra di noi ci fosse il mondo

ok!
adesso e' il quarto giorno , mancano tre al ritorno , Paola e le amiche con il colore del sole sulla pelle
vogliono vedere tutto , sono felici di brutto , tornano a casa la sera sbronze , ma neanche troppo
Paola si alza al mattino sola va al mercatino cerca un tessuto pregiato e un braccialetto per papino
la mamma in Italia guarda la foto sul cellulare , Paola e le amiche davanti all'albergo prima di entrare
a pomeriggio le ragazze con la migliore foggia , i loro costumi e le loro risate accendono la spiaggia
dopo alle sette e mezzo , aperitivo in centro , cena veloce e tutte al locale per la disco dance-hall
verso il cielo le mani , i ragazzi lontani , cocktails di frutta offerti prima da alcuni compaesani
ma adesso e' mezzanotte e' meglio che usciamo nei piani , abbiamo il deserto ed i cammelli sul presto domani
di rientro nell'albergo , le ragazze nell'atrio , qualche battuta col portiere , le chiavi e poi a letto
giocano a fare una sfilata come ad un grande gala , ma a un certo punto un rumore zittisce la sala
un auto squarcia il cancello a tutta velocita' punta l'entrata dell'albergo in men che non si dica sfonda
e Paola e le amiche dentro la scena , lo sguardo impietrito , pochi secondi e il loro viaggio e' del tutto finito.

di credere (o no) che prima o poi realizzero' (mai) il grande sogno

ora che posso dirvi , se non capacitarmi , se non raccogliere il suo grido e raccontarvi
di una ragazza e i suoi piccoli grandi-sogni , distrutti dalle tragiche storie di questi giorni
di questa come dalle altre storie non posso sottrarmi , finche' non scrivo da lassu' continuano a fissarmi
siamo numeri nella guerra di sti bastardi e me ne fotto di chi ha ragione tra i signori delle armi
troppo facile dici , oppure ti scompiglia , viverlo in prima persona nei panni della famiglia
che tra interessi e poltiglia quello che le rimane e' l'ultimo sorriso di Paola su un cellulare.
