Born in 1752 as a promising scholar in Enlightenment-era Europe, he delved deep into forbidden arcane arts. In 1787, during a clandestine ritual deep in an ancient forest, jealous rivals murdered him to claim his discoveries.
Death, however, could not claim him fully. His soul, anchored by dark pacts and unquenchable will, reanimated his body, transforming him into an undead mystic who walks among the living. With his distinctive appearance, balding head, piercing orange glowing eyes that shoot forth dagger-like rays of ?nergy and attire consisting of a formal black jacket, r?d cape, white shirt, and an enigmatic eye-adorned bolo tie, Rowan evokes both awe and fear.
He moves effortlessly between misty European woodlands and bustling colonial settlements. Fenn heals the gravely ill with spells that restore bodies and minds, defying the limits of 18th-century medicine. He hexes the wicked, trapping them in vivid illusions that force them to confront their sins.
