Ich gieße meine Katzenminze, weil sich dann vielleicht

Ich hätschle meinen Kirschbaum nur für einen Star, der dann
Die Kirschen frisst und Gute Nacht, Freunde nachpfeifen kann.
Die Blaumeise dribbelt den Maisenknödel um den Ast,
Die schwere Hummel macht in meiner Glockenblume Rast.
In meiner Pflaume lebt die Made sorglos in den Tag,
Fernab von allen Ängsten, was die Zukunft bringen mag.
Ich höre das Gras wachsen,
Ich hör die Dachse flachsen,
Ich hör die Knospe springen,
Ich hör das Würmchen singen.
Hör den Insektenreigen
Und die Zikaden geigen.
Es sieht in meinem Garten nicht wie Schöner Wohnen aus
Dafür sind alle Tiere drin willkommen und zu Haus.
Und alles singt, zirpt, piept im Chor für mich beim Gartenfest:
