La sua carriera è iniziata molti anni fa, quando ha scoperto la passione per l'arte della ventriloquia fino a guadagnarsi la reputazione di miglior ventriloquo al mondo. Oltre alle abilità tecniche impeccabili, Samuel è noto per la sua creatività e versatilità in grado di rendere ogni spettacolo un'esperienza indimenticabile per il pubblico. La sua capacità di coinvolgere e intrattenere lo rende un ventriloquo molto richiesto. Samuel Barletti vanta numerose collaborazioni con artisti di fama internazionale, partecipazioni a programmi televisivi di successo ed esibizioni in prestigiosi teatri. Claudio Bettocchi in arte Cinatra è cresciuto in una famiglia di musicisti e dopo la formazione accademica nella sua Bologna. Personalità artistica poliedrica, spazia dal repertorio musicale a quello cabarettistico affermandosi con lo show da lui ideato Fred Buscaglione Story, che per sei anni porta nelle location turistiche più prestigiose italiane. Negli anni '90, tra un piano bar e un altro, si muove da Milano a Capri fino a Rimini, dove incontra Gigi Sabani e con cui partecipa allo spettacolo di varietà Chi tiriamo in ballo. Dopo una lunga parentesi come imprenditore e manager di personaggi dello spettacolo e dello sport, collabora con Celso Valli, Renzo Arbore, Maurizio Ferrini, Massimo Boldi e Donatella Rettore. È recente il brano "Per diventare una stella", colonna sonora del trailer del docufilm Fuorigioco – Una storia di vita e di sport dedicato alla vita e alla carriera di Beppe Signori, calciatore che ha fatto innamorare i tifosi del Foggia e della Lazio prima di diventare una bandiera del Bologna. "Per diventare una stella" è l'inno rivolto al campione che si nasconde dentro ad ognuno di noi, l'invito a trovare la forza per rialzarsi dopo una caduta, proprio come è successo a Beppe Signori, indagato per calcio scommesse e assolto con formula piena proprio recentemente.
