Cristiana Polegri è una cantautrice, musicista e insegnante italiana. Iniziò a studiare pianoforte all'età di 10 anni per poi dedicarsi al sassofono alla Scuola Popolare di Musica al Testaccio di Roma. Nonostante la laurea in Economia e Commercio, la passione per la musica l'ha portata a conseguire il diploma di sassofono in Conservatorio e a frequentare stage internazionali con artisti come Mike Westbrook, Dave Liebman e Gary Burton. Ha studiato canto e recitazione con Donatella Pandimiglio, Simona Patitucci ed Antonella De Grossi, partecipando anche a corsi di danza funky e jazz. La sua carriera musicale è costellata da collaborazioni con importanti nomi del panorama italiano come Mario Biondi, Franco Califano, Massimo Ranieri, Stefano Palatresi e Marcello Cirillo. Ha inciso brani per produzioni discografiche di Francesco De Gregori, Loredana Bertè e Riccardo Fogli. Nel 2006 ha pubblicato il suo primo album da solista, "Bindinjazz", una rivisitazione in chiave jazzistica delle musiche di Umberto Bindi. Nel 2016 ha debuttato nel teatro musicale con lo spettacolo "Brava, Suoni come un uomo!", scritto insieme a Stefano Fresi, Toni Fornari e Dado. Nel corso degli anni ha pubblicato altri album, tra cui "Qualcosa è cambiato" (2018) dedicato alla musica italiana degli anni '80 e "Two girls from Ipanema" (2019), un progetto in duo con Giò Marinuzzi dedicato alla musica brasiliana. Nel 2021 ha pubblicato il singolo "Meu Bebè Amor", prodotto da Franco Micalizzi, seguito nel 2022 dall'album "Uno scrigno di perle per la delizia del ricordo di mille fantastici amori e le trepide emozioni della vita". Nel 2023 è presente nell'album "Rapito Da Quella Dolce Vita Da Quel Mare Salato Da Quei Baci Rubati Negli Intrepidi Anni '60 Io C'ero...".
