Los Nazgûl empezaron a gritar:
"- ¡¡El Anillo!!", y se atrevieron a cruzar.
De repente el río de cauce aumentó
y a las sombras el agua arrastró.
Frodo despertó y se pudo ver
tendido en una cama y una voz le habló.
Era Gandalf: "- ¡¡Todos están bien!!",
descansa Frodo estás en Rivendel.
Al hobbit todo se le desveló,
y poco a poco se recuperó,
Con sus amigos se reencontró,
y a Elrond y a su hija Arwen conoció.
La Casa de Elrond dio tranquilidad,
durante unos días se pudieron relajar.
Frodo a Bilbo en una sala halló,
y este al ver el Anillo insinuó.
Por la mañana, Frodo despertó.
Un tañido de campanas redobló,
es la llamada hacia el Gran Salón
para el Concilio que Elrond convocó.

¡¡Elrond!! Ya convoca su Concilio
¡¡Elrond!! presenta a los elegidos
Erestor, Glóin, Glorfindel, Galdor, Gimli y Aragorn.
¡¡Elrond!! están Frodo y Boromir.
¡¡Elrond!! Legolas y el Mago Gris.
Frodo enseñará El Anillo,
Gandalf contará lo ocurrido.
Nueve serán los elegidos,
la compañía ha de partir...

Se contó cómo el Único apareció.
Gollum fue apresado y torturado por Sauron,
hasta que al mediano delató.
Y además Gandalf hizo referencia a su encuentro
con su amigo Saruman.
Radagast le informó sobre los jinetes negros
y que El Blanco quería hablar.
Se alegró Gandalf por la llamada del mago más grande
de su orden, y fue a Isengard;
Y logró llegar ala Torre oscura de Orthanc,
donde habitaba Saruman.

y lo llevo a Edoras,
donde están los rohirrim, Señores de los Caballos,
y allí tomo a Sombragrís.
Con el fue raudo por caminos buscando al joven Frodo,
y llegó a Hobbiton,
luego a Bree, Cricava... siguiendo siempre la pista del hobbit...

[-la partida de la compañía-]
Sorteando a los Nazgûl Gandalf llegó
tres días antes que Frodo a Rivendel.
Ahora habrían de discutir
con el Anillo qué se iba a hacer.
Se decidió en la reunión
llevarlo a Mordor... gran dificultad,
lanzarlo a La Montaña del Destino
donde habia sido forjado y asi destruirlo.
Había que buscar un fiable portador,
que llevara el Anillo hasta el sitio que se habló.
En ese instante Frodo se ofreció
y el Concilio lo aceptó.

Elrond ordenó que deberían de partir
cuanto antes, y eligió a ocho acompañantes:
"- Con Frodo irán Gandalf, Gimli, Trancos y Boromir,
Legolas, Sam, Merry, y también irá Pippin.
El hobbit se despidió de Bilbo y éste le obsequió
con su espada Dardo que con cariño entregó.
Boromir tocó su cuerno al aire en señal de adiós
y hacia Moria la Comunidad se dirigió
